Lessons from 2018

This is a sneak peak of what my 2018 looked like:

~ Greatest Paradigma-shifter: “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.” — Mark Twain

~ Greatest Challenge: “God has called me to trust in Him, which means not leaning on my own understanding, or thoughts. In my daily life, I'm constantly encountering situations where I have to choose how I'm going to think. If I rely on my own thoughts, I'm likely to resort to negative thought patterns. However, if I choose to trust in Him, I'm going to be able to look at my emotions honestly and evaluate my thoughts based on the Word of God.” — Sabrina Petersen

~ Greatest Promise: “Be still and know that I am God.” — Ps. 46:10

~ Greatest Beginning: "Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing."
— Benjamin Franklin

~ Greatest Time Traveler: “Photography takes an instant out of time, altering life by holding it still.” — D. Lange

~ Greatest Truth: “Everything is a choice.” — Elena Andonova

~ Greatest Rejoice: “Friends are the family you choose.” — J. Scott

~ Greatest Delight: “Some talk to you in their free time and some free their time to talk to you.” — Unknown

~ Greatest Enjoyment: “Travel makes one modest. You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world.” — Gustav Flaubert

~ Greatest Reminder: “Lest we forget.” — Ellen White

~ Greatest Compass: “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” — Ps. 119:105

~ Greatest Fact: “Two things I know: God is love, and God loves me.” — Jennifer Landis

~ Greatest Wish: “Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” — Jn 17:3

~ Greatest Friend: “Emmanuel.” — Matthew 1:22–23

THANK YOU so much for having been part of it. May God remain our Cornerstone until the day of Jesus Christ.
